Salmone Florentine
Cold water Atlantic salmon fillet baked and topped spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes and cream sauce with chef’s seasonal vegetables.

Pan seared spring chicken sauteed with tri-coloured peppers, mushrooms and onions in a white wine tomato sauce with fresh herbs.

A Per Bacco  Chef Specialty. In house made dumpling finished in a fontina, provolone, parmiggiano, gorgonzola cheese sauce.

Bistecca di Manzo
Succulent 8oz. “Manhattan cut” strip loin steak, chargrilled, presented with chef’s signature sauteed mushrooms and house potatoes.

Saltibocca alla Romana
Tender slices of veal scaloppini rilled with prosciutto, sage, finished in a white wine veal reduction, accompanied with chef’s potato.
