Spiced Avo Coco Mousse with Assortment of Fresh Fruit
Avocado based chocolate mousse spiced with cinnamon and a bit of cayenne and served with pineapple, pear slices, oranges.
Creamy Carrot and Ginger Soup
Rich and velvety soup with lots of kick from fresh jalapeno and ginger.
Garden Rolls with Thai Dipping Sauce
Julienne vegetables wrapped in thinly sliced cucumbers served with a thai almond dipping sauce.
Mixed greens with a Creamy Herb Dressing
Mixed greens, shredded carrots, beets and sprouts topped with our signature Herbalicious dressing.
Our signature Zesty Tomato flatbed is topped with a no bean hummus, and fresh seasonal veggies
Wild Rice Pilaf
Sprouted wild rice, walnuts and cranberries marinated in a lemon and herb dressing
Rawvioli, Red pepper and Sun Dried Tomato Marinara
