Holy Moses, smell the roses! New Years Eve is just over two weeks away! If you haven’t made plans yet, here are what some WindsorEats members are offering:
Ristorante Avanti
The brothers from the same mother, which means they actually are brothers, are offering up a special menu just for December 31, 2008.
Three…A Tasting Bar
Alister Cameron and his crew are teaming up with Aleskander Estate Winery to provide a delicious New Years Eve dinner.The set seven course meal will be $50 a person or $70 with wine pairing. There are two seating choices available: 6:00pm or 9:00pm.
If you have any allergies, or if you are any vegetarians, please let Three…A Tasting Bar know. There is absolutely no peanuts in house if that is a concern to anyone that would like to attend. If they know ahead of time they can plan the evening to go smoothly.
Mancuso’s Trattoria
A chef’s tasting is being offered by owner Enzo Mancuso. Three seatings are being offered: 5:00pm, 6:30pm and 8:15pm.
Mick’s Irish Pub
Go to Mick’s on New Years Eve for some live entertainment from Brian of Celtic Cross fame. Their full menu will be offered along with a Surf & Turf special for $26. Cover is $5 after 9:00pm.
Lilly Kazzilly’s Crab Shack
A special menu for New Years Eve will begin at 3:00pm. Early seatings will provide no seatings after 6:00pm. The late seatings begin at 7:30pm and are encouraged for guests staying the remainder of the night. A $15.00 surcharge is added to all late seatings as there will be a DJ, party favours and champagne toast at midnight, as well as a coffee and dessert table.
Foia Restaurant & Lounge
Out in Tecumseh, Foia is also offering a special menu just for New Years Eve. They are offering two seatings: 5:00pm – 8:30pm and 8:00pm – 3:00am. Champagne and party favours are offered at midnight.
Gourmet Emporium
Usher in 2009 at Gourmet Emporium with jazz by great local band, Huladog. Tickets are $25.00 in advance or $30.00 at the door. This includes tapas and gourmet pizza’s, champagne at midnight & party favours. To reserve your ticket or for more information call 519.915.0813.
Mezzo Restaurant & Lounge
Come celebrate the New Year 2009 with Mezzo. Reservations are now being taken for both seatings. The first seating will be off our regular menu and we will start serving at 4pm. The second seating will be a 4 course dinner which along with a live DJ and champagne toast at midnight.
