On Thursday, March 27, 2008, Three…A Tasting Bar will be having its first Wild Game Dinner Night. The brainchild of Chef Vince Galema, he first thought of the idea when a group of casino workers came in for lunch with their own game, which he promptly cooked for them.
Izabela Bemben of Aleksander Estate Winery will also be on site to pair the meal with wines and answer questions.
The 6:00pm seating has already sold out but reservations can still be made for the 9:00pm seating. Cost of the meal is $45. Add an additional $25 if you would like the wine pairings.
While Vince doesn’t want to expose exactly what his menu will offer – he says the mystery adds to the excitement – he mentioned the meal will be 7-9 courses including dessert. The menu is all Canadian and will feature as much local products as possible, including the produce, rabbit and possibly elk.
