Gather up the girls and get your mimosa state of mind fired up, WindsorEats is getting brunchy AF all day on Sundays!

Now that we’ve leapt into the brunch conversation in Windsor by offering all-day brunch on Sundays at our 400 Erie St. E. location, we wanted to showcase some of the items that have been a big hit our first few weeks of service.

Here are 6 of our most popular items on our all-day Sunday brunch menu:

Salmon Egg Benny

The salmon is cured in-house with gin and honey to perfection and the Hollandaise sauce is made fresh to order. It’s an absolutely delicious take on one of the most classic brunch offerings.

Stuffing Waffles

No, not stuffed waffles. Stuffing waffles. WindsorEats takes turkey stuffing and tosses it into the waffle iron before topping it with pieces of real turkeys and fresh made gravy. This serving is a feast all by itself. Plus, it’s turkey stuffing. Come on!

Croque Madame

You’ve heard of the Monsieur, but it’s the Madame that rules the house. A fried ham and Swiss cheese melt is layered with a goat cheese sauce before being topped with a poached egg. This sandwich is definitely filling!

French Toast Dippers

Why do boring ol’ regular French toast when you can have them as dippers? Eating with your hands, and especially dipping things, is always a great way to enjoy food. So, we sliced a beautiful, buttery brioche into long strips for our French Toast Dippers.

You can do the same old, same old, and dip into some real maple syrup, or you can use our fresh made strawberry compote.

As you may know, we make all our syrups for our cocktails in-house. We take all the leftover strawberries from making our strawberry syrup (think Strawberry Shortcake margarita) and use them to make our compote. We think it’s even better to dip into than the maple syrup.

The Brunch Board

Weren’t sure what to order? Get a little bit of everything with the Brunch Board! If you’re unsure what it is, think of a charcuterie board, but instead of deli meats and cheeses, it’s loaded with brunchy goodness.

“What are some of the items you add to the board,” you ask? This shareable board, made by Edmunds & Co Woodcraft, comes with French Toast dippers, our quiche of the day, our gin and honey cured salmon, ham, bacon, the popular stuffing waffles, fruit salad, and croissants. We also add four different things to dip into: maple syrup, our fruit compote, in-house made gravy, and our signature green sauce (which you can also buy a bottle to take home)!

What’s brunch without some drinkypoos, am I right?!

We’ve taken our popular margarita flights and have expanded to now also offer flights of mimosas and boozy lemonades for brunch.

Our Mimosa Flight includes the classic mimosa of Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery sparkling wine and OJ, while we also include Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Elderflower, and Pineapple Mint mimosas.
