Help Us Collect Food Donations for CBC’s Sounds of the Season

‘Tis the season for giving. WindsorEats has partnered with CBC Windsor to collect food donations for their Sounds of the Season campaign.

All weekend long, from December 9-11, 2022, when heading over to Bright Lights Windsor in Jackson Park to take in the lights, be sure to bring food with you to donate. Swing by the WindsorEats Traveller to drop the donations off.

The doors to Bright Lights open at 5:30pm.

CBC Windsor is dropping off a bin next to the WindsorEats Traveller (where we’re selling our waffles on a stick) to collect food for those in need within our local community. This is an annual effort by CBC to raise food and funds for food banks across Canada.

CBC is collecting donations throughout the month of December, but the drop-off bin at Bright Lights Windsor will only be there this weekend. All donations raised by CBC Windsor will go to the Windsor Essex Food Bank Association which is made up of 15 area food banks.
