Garfield’s in Colchester, Ontario, smack dab in the middle of EPIC Wine Country, has created a Caprese Burger for their burger of the month and it is a thing of mozzarella dreams.

Only available for the month of September 2022, this 8oz beef patty is packed with mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, genoa salami, pesto aioli, and balsamic glaze on a brioche bun. Topped with a pickle on top, it’s a thing of beauty.
Along with their popular weekend brunch, Garfield’s has been pumping out some delicious burgers for over 6 years.
