When WindsorEats started the Outdoor Food Hall during the 2020 lockdown, Windsorites were introduced to birria tacos through Rico Taco. Now the taco truck is raising their birria game to a whole new level.
Parked on the WindsorEats patio, Rico Taco has begun stuffing their chimichangas with beef birria and it’s a whole bunch of yumminess. Filled with rice, beans, beef birria, chese and then deep fried, this is a monster of a meal.

WindsorEats is open Thursdays thru Sundays and serves cocktails and craft beers that pair perfectly with the food being served.
Rico Taco isn’t the only one serving food on the WindsorEats patio, either. We regularly host several food trucks, restaurants and chefs all at once to provide a wide variety of food options. For example, Salt Sushi will also be joining us on the patio on Friday, August 12 and Sunday, August 14, 2022.
