We’ve been hanging on to this secret for a while, but we can finally let the gato out of the bag. WindsorEats will be hosting a Mexican Village as part of the Carrousel of the Nations festival put on by the Multicultural Council of Windsor.

With the support of the Consulate of Mexican in Leamington, The village will take place on June 17-18 and 24-25, and will feature a variety of Mexican cuisine by Rico Taco Mexican Street Eats, drinks, music, culture, and more.

It will take place at our new venue at 400 Erie St. E. in Windsor, Ontario. We are super excited to bring a Mexican Village to Windsor and ask that you stay tuned to our website and social media to see when we release more details.

Carrousel of the Nations has been a community tradition for 47 years, with cultural “village” mini festivals held throughout Windsor-Essex over two weekends. The combined efforts of the Carrousel Villages and the Multicultural Council has made for an event that is recognized province-wide. Locally, the name ‘Carrousel’ is synonymous with decades of cultural celebration and traditions passed on from one generation to the next.
