After a brief hiatus, Rico Taco Mexican Eats will be serving up their birria tacos at WindsorEats’ St Patrick’s Day party this Thursday.

The Mexican eatery exploded in popularity after participating in the Outdoor Food Hall, leading to them opening a temporary brick and mortar location. However, since November 2021 people have been forced to do without as owner, Armando, shut down for some well deserved R & R.

In addition to serving their birria tacos, they’ll also be offering quesatinga tacos and fish tacos.

The St. Patrick’s Day party will take place from 12p to 9pm at WindsorEats’ new location at 400 Erie St. E. in Windsor, Ontario. The event is outdoors in our licensed yard so be sure to dress accordingly. As of right now, the weather is going to be a perfect 20 Celcius and sunny! You’ll practically be able to bust out your green tank top and flip flops!

We’ll be offering up a variety of beers, wine and hard cider in cans.

As we’re still not finished renovations, things will be kept very simple providing a great location to gather for some food and drink while listening to Tartan Army perform their only live set of the day from 1-4pm. You can also take a look at the progress we’ve done to our space so far.
