Bright Lights Windsor, the colourful display of lights within Jackson Park in Windsor, Ontario, starts tomorrow!
The colourful spectacles and displays aren’t going to be the only draw for the 2021 Bright Lights Windsor. The Makers Market and food vendors will also be on site for the weekend, December 10-11, 2021. Here’s a look at what food vendors will be on site for this weekend and what they’ll be serving:

How can you resist gourmet waffles on a stick? The answer: you can’t. WindsorEats will be cookin’ up four different waffle flavours for the opening weekend of Bright Lights Windsor. The flavours will include S’mores, the kids favourite Unicorn, the ridiculously popular Birthday Cake (complete with a lit sparkler), and Gooey Cinnamon!

If you’re looking for something a little more hearty, Chef Bill at Smashed Apple is putting together some of their delicious pulled pork nachos to enjoy at Bright Lights.
