OUTDOOR FOOD HALL
It’s Wings & Whisky weekend at the Outdoor Food Hall and a great opportunity to try some unique Mexican-inspired chicken wings from Rico Taco. Thirsty Butler will also be on site serving up some wings and burgers.
The Outdoor Food Hall will take place Friday, October 15, 2021, from 5pm-9pm, Saturday from 3pm-9pm and Sunday 3pm-8pm.
MIGRATION FEST
The Migration Festival is happening in Kingsville, Ontario, and is jam-packed with activities. It’s the 52nd celebration of bird migration, heritage, nature conservation, and Jack Miner.
We recommend heading out and joining their Honkin’ Round Town Kingsville Bike Tour.
The festival takes place all weekend long at locations throughout Kingsville.
WALKERVILLE POP-UP STREET MARKET
One of the hubs of activities for Open Streets will be the Walkerville neighbourhood. Stroll through the historic district for the day as local businesses open their doors and other vendors across the city join together to create a day full of seeing, shopping, and supporting local.
The Pop-Up Street Market runs Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 10am-6pm.
ZOMBIE WALK
Lookings for a spooky good time? Scarehouse Windsor has brought back the Zombie Walk! The Dead gather at 530pm at ScareHouse Windsor and the walk begins at 630pm. They only ask for at least a donation of 1 canned good per person to attend.
OPEN STREETS WINDSOR
Open Streets Windsor is back! Walk, run or roll your way through the City of Windsor as an 8km route is closed off to vehicular traffic. There will be hubs of activities in neighbourhoods across the city to enjoy.
With Halloween just around the corner, participants are encouraged this year to decorate their bikes or mobility devices or wear costumes themselves.
The popular event takes place Sunday, October 17, 2021, from 10am-2pm.
