This burger piled high with Doritos is expected to take the Outdoor Food Hall by storm this weekend.
Rico Taco is ditching tacos this weekend and pumping out a couple great burgers for Burgers & Beer weekend at the Outdoor Food Hall.
The Outdoor Food Hall presented by St. Clair College and the Alumni Association will be hosting a Burgers & Beers themed weekend on Friday, October 1-3, 2021. Each of the participating food vendors will offer multiple creative and delicious burgers from you to choose from. WindsorEats will be serving up a wide selection of craft beers from across Windsor-Essex to help wash down all the tasty goodness.
While their Massive Birria Burger has already become a huge hit, they’re launching a brand new creation for those who are always eager to try something new and unique.
SO, WHAT’S ON THE BURGER?!
Their Mexican Street Burger is a smashed beef patty that’s loaded with guacamole, chipotle mayo, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, onions, and piled high with a stack of Doritos.
Chef Armando Armas has been working away at it in preparation for Burgers & Beers and is excited to roll it out. It’s an absolute beast of a burger.
The Outdoor Food Hall turns Lanspeary Park’s outdoor rink into the city’s largest patio. It features multiple restaurants and chefs all on a single menu and it’s licensed to serve beer and wine, too! Since the rink has a massive canopy overtop, it also protects guests from the summer sun and any rain, offering an all-weather patio. The Outdoor Food Hall is a digital, contactless, cashless event. All food and drink orders and payments within the rink are completed on your own mobile device. It runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through to the end of October.
