This national award winning sausage maker has been wowing locals in Windsor, Ontario, for years with their unique creations with over 100 different flavours of sausages. In fact, these sausages are so special they were recently named one of Windsor’s Most Iconic Foods.
One of the newest creations to hit the shelves is the JBStrong Fajita sausage. It’s a chicken-based sausage stuffed with red and green peppers, sautéed onions and garlic and Tex Mex spices. The moment this sausage starts cooking, it’ll fill the room with the aroma of a fajita, and the flavours are a replica to boot!
