BZB Test Kitchen is back at the Outdoor Food Hall in Lanspeary Park this weekend and serving up some dishes you need to try. Here are 5 of their creations we think you need to get your hands on.
APPLE STREUSEL FRIED CHEESECAKE
I’m of the belief that you should always start off with dessert…because why not?! BZB got creative with this one using flour tortillas to wrap the cheesecake in for frying. They even make their own apple butter for it. It’s then topped off with a generous drizzle of salted caramel butterscotch sauce.
SMASHED PATTY BURGER
One of the favourites from the Outdoor Food Hall, this burger is two caramelized smashed beef patties, a brioche bun, deep fried smoked cheese, BZB relish, and their Yum Yum Sauce.
FRIES SUPREME
A good side of fries all dressed up and ready for a big date with your belly, complete with pulled pork.
PULLED PORK MAC & CHEESE
Need some ooey gooiness with your pulled pork? Have it layered on top of some mac & cheese along with green onions and BZB’s own Monkey Sauce.
PIGGY SMALLZ
It’s a locally made Brenners hot dog on a brioche bun smothered in BZB Queso, pulled pork and green onions.
The WindsorEats Outdoor Food Hall is a safe way enjoy delicious foods, supporting local chefs and restaurants. Located within the covered outdoor rink at Lanspeary Park, tables are spaced out at least 15-20ft apart and the entire ordering and payment process is contactless through your own mobile device. Vendors rotate and vary from week to week. Rico Taco is also confirmed for this weekend.
While not mandatory, we strongly encourage making your free reservation as it guarantees you a table and allows you to skip any lines.
If you can’t make it or don’t feel comfortable dining in, we also have a separate area just for take out orders which can also be made using the online menu.
