Enjoy dinner this Halloween with some style and grace.

Leamington, Ontario brewery Cured Craft Brewing Co. and Nico Taverna have partnered to host an elegant feast and beer tasting on Saturday, October 31, 2020. Master Brewer, Evan Bauer, will be on site to guide you through the tastings and the flavour profiles of the beers.

Here’s a look at the menu and pairing for the evening:

 

PELEE PILSNER

Wood oven pizza with fennel sausage, gorgonzola and burrata cheese, porcini mushrooms and truffle oil.

 

HONEY BADGER WHEAT ALE

East coast oysters with house cocktail sauce, pork belly with cilantro chutney, frisée in a lemon citronette.

 

COLONEL G’S CREAM ALE

Handmade pappardelle in a 24 hour pork, veal & beef bolognese with shaved pecorino cheese.

 

TRIPLE “A” NEW ENGLAND IPA

Spicy shrimp “Fra Diavalo” with tomato, garlic, jalapeño and a splash of white wine and olive oil.

 

S.O.S. OATMEAL STOUT

Beer braised Beef Short ribs, beer battered & fried onions, horseradish gremolata, ash roasted sweet potato.

 

There are two seatings from the dinner with one at 5:30pm and the second at 8:15pm. Tickets are $135 per person and includes dinner, beer, gratuity and taxes. Tickets can be purchased online.
