Another traditional dish that should be very familiar. These chicken leg quarters marinated in yogourt with herbs and spices, then cooked on skewers in a tandoor (clay-oven).
STREET STYLE NOODLES

This dish from India Paradise is an Indo-Chinese fusion of street-style noodles with mixed vegetables, egg, chicken, soy, chilli sauce and spices. Absolutely delicious!
CHILLI FISH

A little bit spicy, a lot bit tasty. These tender, bite-sized Basa fish pieces are sautéed with chillies, spices, and herbs. Each bite melted in my mouth.
CHICKEN BIRYANI

The restaurants raves about their biryani, touting it as Canada’s best, and they have good reason to. It’s good. Damn good. Marinated chicken and herbs are cooked with basmati rice over slow heat dum. Dum can be roughly translated as meaning ‘breathe in’. This method of cooking refers to letting the dish “breathe in” its own aroma or juices to make it much, much more flavourful.
MASALA DOSA

This vegan and gluten-free dish is a thin rice crepe stuffed with India Paradise’s special potato masala, served with chutneys and sambar (Indian lentil soup).
