Customers at Vine + Ash loved their Winter Bites Restaurant Week offer so much the restaurant is now offering a prix fixe menu indefinitely during the week.

The Tecumseh, Ontario, restaurant has been all the talk among foodies since they opened their doors in October 2019. Now, after a very successful first crack at our Winter Bites Restaurant Week, the restaurant is offering a new prix fixe menu for only $25.

The menu offers two courses with several options to choose from. Here are 5 dishes offered on the menu we think you should try:

 

BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Made with walnuts, dates, feta and mint, these Brussels Sprouts are a great start to any meal at Vine + Ash. They’re also available vegan and gluten-free.

 

BARBEQUE PORK BELLY SANDWICHES

A trio of delicious slices of pork belly that melt in your mouth, slathered in BBQ sauce and served with pickles and slaw.

 

OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL

These oysters are served with a champagne mignonette that is a perfect compliment, but, we also recommend asking for the Triple Play Hot Sauce made by Atmosphere Fine Foods to kick it up a notch.

 

GRILLED CARROTS

One of the go-to dishes that has pretty much become a staple on Vine + Ash’s ever changing menus is their grilled carrots. They’re served with cashew cream, Dukkah and honey.

 

CHARRED CAULIFLOWER


Cauliflower grilled in their charcoal-powered Josper grill, this dish is served in the style of “Cacio e Pepe”, along with parlsey and lemon.
