Bright Lights Windsor 2019 has begun!
The festival of lights is taking place every night through to January 5, 2020, and provides an endless supply of selfie opportunities. Here are 5 things at this years edition of the festival that we think are prime for working your angles.
THE TREE
Lets get this one out of the way. It’s massive, so why wouldn’t you want to snap yourself in front of the biggest tree in the region?
THE WINDSOR SIGN
Show the city some love with this colour-changing display. It’s constantly morphing, so if one colour doesn’t bring out your best, simply wait a moment until you find one that does.
THE SINGING TREE
Great for an Instagram Story or a Boomerang, this tree is activated by sound. So clear your throat and belt out those fa-so-la-ti-does.
THE WAFFLES
Instagram and food go hand-in-hand. Make that food a gourmet waffle that you can carry on a stick and is decked out like S’mores or a Unicorn? Definitely selfie material.
THE CANADA ZONE
Oh, Canada! Whether it’s the “eh!” sign, the sparkly maple leaf you can stand in or the giant moose, there are several opportunities to show your Canadian pride.
