Colder weather has officially arrived. Thankfully, India Paradise has some great dishes that are sure to warm you up and keep you going through the freezing temperatures.
Here are 3 of their curry dishes with a little bit of a kick that are sure to keep you warm when you head outside.
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

Whether it originated in the Punjab region or in a Scottish restaurant (for real. Google it), Chicken Tikka Masala has become a popular dish in Indian cuisine. It’s made with tender grilled chicken cooked in a light creamy tomato sauce with stir fried onions and bell peppers.
GOAT VINDALOO

Apparently, vindaloo is traditionally made with pork, but, any meat is acceptable. Legend has it that the name vindaloo derives from the Portuguese “carne de vinha d’alhos”, which literally means “meat in garlic wine marinade”. For this dish from India Palace, they’ve used goat cooked in a vindaloo sauce and Indian spices.
PANEER BUTTER MASALA

Everyone knows about butter chicken, but, for a vegetarian-friendly option, try Paneer Butter Masala. It’s Indian cottage cheese simmered in onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and cream. It’s also delicious.
