Get your dancing shoes ready! The Detroit Party Marching Band is returning to play at the 2019 Windsor Craft Beer Festival.

The eclectic ensemble will be once again performing at Windsor’s original beer festival. As has become tradition at WCBF, the group of a dozen or so musicians will be immersed directly into the crowd.

The Detroit Party Marching Band will be performing on Friday, October 18.

Yesterday, we announced the first batch of 12 vendors serving beer at the Windsor Craft Beer Festival.

The Windsor Craft Beer Festival takes place October 18-19, 2019 and is Windsor’s original festival dedicated to beer. Local and craft brewers from across the province and United States will participate, celebrating a much loved libation. Rather than holding the event in a plaza, it’s a good ol’ fashion neighbourhood party in a grassy, tree-covered historic park.

The festival is hosted by WindsorEats and Motor Craft Ales and will take place in Walkerville, a town created by Hiram Walker, who then named it after himself (wouldn’t you?). While Hiram Walker is famous for distilling whiskey, many don’t know he also started brewing beer in 1885.

Tickets are $27 per person in advance and are available online. If there are any available, tickets will be $50 at the gate.
