Bread Meats Bread has released a new menu that showcases that their gourmet sandwiches are they only tasty things they know how to make.
We ate through their latest creations to give you our favourite 5 that we think you need to feast on.
SEAFOOD SALAD
Shaved fennel, marinated cuttlefish and squid, black olive purée make up this simple yet delicious dish. The purée is made by taking the juice from black olives and creating a caramel with, cooked with olives and then emulsified with butter. Mmmm mmm!
OG CHICKEN CLUB
When you’re called the OG you better believe you’re gonna be good. This sandwich includes butter roasted chicken, bacon jam, smoked cheddar, nut free pesto, heirloom tomatoes and arugula lettuce.
IT’S A GRAINY DAY!
Healthy can also mean delicious. This salad includes 7 types of organic grains with Sicilian Olive oil, fig balsamic and Arabic cheese. The grains include millet, red quinoa, quinoa, Fargo, barley, brown Bulgar, yellow Bulgar.
ORGANIC BABY ARUGULA
Oh boy do I ever love me some beets. This salad is made with salt roasted beets, quinoa, goat cheese and a citrus dressing. A perfect compliment to any of Bread Meats Breads sandwiches.
MEATBALLS
These oversized meatballs and covered with Nonna’s tomato sauce and Romano cheese. Nobody messes with Nonna. Nobody.
