The whisky won’t just be pouring from the bottles at this weekends Whiskytown Festival in Windsor, Ontario.

Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. will be the food vendor du jour on August 4, 2018, and will be serving up some choices that will make the tummies of meat eaters and vegans alike sing with joy.

They’ll be serving up the Irish Boilermaker, made with real whisky, topped with a honey bourbon mustard, red sauerkraut, dill relish and crushed pretzels.

Vegetarians and vegans will be able to enjoy pulled jackfruit, smoked with whisky barrel wood, topped with coleslaw and their house-made bourbon BBQ sauce served on corn tortillas.
