Mamo Burger has done some spring cleaning on their menu.
The popular burger bar has revamped the menu for their Ottawa Street and Tecumseh locations and added some new treats for their customers to try.
Here is a look at three things we love about the new menu:
SWEET HEAT BURGER
Sweet and spice and everything nice. Take Mamo’s thin, crispy patties and throw on some hot pepper Colby cheese, bacon, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled jalapenos, some Atmosphere Triple Play Explosion-garlic mayo and Georgia’s brown sugar BBQ sauce.
This new creation is the brainchild of Atmosphere Fine Foods owner, Nav Sehmbi, who manages the kitchen at the Tecumseh location. It has quickly become their best selling burger.
NEW GARLIC PESTO FRIES
Everyone loved Mamo’s garlic fries. We think they just made them better. To help get the fresh garlic chunks to stick on the fries, they’ve added pesto to the mix. The garlic now clings to each fry with the freshness of pesto. Well done on taking a great dish and making it even greater.
NAKED BURGER SALAD BOWL
These salads mean business. You can basically choose any signature burger on their menu and have it turned into a salad. It’s a great low carb option as it’s served on a bed of romaine, mixed greens, cucumber and tomatoes with your favourite house dressing instead of a bun.
