Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., in collaboration with WindsorEats, is launching the Master Chef Sausage Series on November 1, 2016.
What is the Master Chef Sausage Series you ask?
Well, it’s a collaboration between an enthusiastic sausage maker (Robbie of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co.) and some of the region’s most respected chefs affiliated with WindsorEats.
In its essence, the Master Chef Sausage Series will attempt to elevate the craft of sausage making while shining a spotlight on the culinary artistry of Southern Ontario’s most talented and imaginative gastronomists.
The recipes for these links will come from a place of culture, personal history, daring creativity and originality. More importantly however, these collaborations are meant to highlight the epicurean talent that’s been hiding in the backs of hot, hectic kitchens where too many have sacrificed long days and so much more for the love of their craft.
“These culinary visionaries are our local artists, and we should celebrate their artistry within our own community,” says sausage legend-in-the-making, Robbie Bornais, owner of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co.
Chefs to be featured will include Philippe Octavien of Black Magic Culinary Creations, John Alvarez of F&B, Nav Sehmbi of Atmosphere Fine Foods, Josh Fraser of Rino’s Kitchen, David Dimoglou and others.
Each chef has worked with Robbie on a unique sausage with flavours that represent their skills and passion. Each creation will only be available a for a month inside Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. shop.
