Olive oil and balsamic vinegar specialty store, Dressed by an Olive, is launching a monthly dinner series.
We had the honour of being invited to a private dinner held within the shop to introduce the concept.
The event was set up with a communal table and served family style. The feast, created by Licia Ruby Food Company and done in Korean style and to perfection. Licia Ruby Food Company came out with each course to explain each item.
The first course included Smoked & Charred Scallions, Roasted Rice Cakes and Red Dragon Baked Chicken Wings.
The second course was done in a Bo Ssam style and included our favourite of the evening, Mojo Marinated Pork Belly, as well as Wild Atlantic Salmon.
The entire evening was paired with Champagne, wine and beer.
