Erie Shore Vineyard has released a 2013 Baco Noir Vintage and are offering it for the month of May at an introductory price.
The 2013 growing season had abundant sunshine, moisture and heat that produced outstanding aromatic vintages. This Baco Noir has great aromatics, smooth, well balanced structure, deep crimson-purple colour, rich, full flavour, with deep currant, dark ripe berry flavor.
While the bottle would normally set you back $13.95 (still a great price), the introductory price will be $9.95 for the entire month of May!
This Baco Noir is best matched with grilled or roast rich red meats, especially lamb and ham, game birds, chicken, turkey, vegetables, pizza, tomato based pastas and firm cheeses and dark chocolate.
