This past week, we finally had the opportunity to check out Honey Badger Bistro.
I had to give their signature burger, The Honey Badger, a try. It’s a hand packed burger with pulled pork, in-house made bacon, a steakhouse onion ring and smokey bacon mayo.
I also ordered Zena’s Yorkies. The recipe is that of owner Chris Couture’s grandmother, Zena. Its her old English recipe using real beef fat instead of oil. Honey Badger just miniaturized it and serve it with the short ribs she would have offered them with. Interesting tidbit: Grandma Zena was also from Yorkshire, England.
