Behind every new Girls’ Night Out wine is a new man at Colio Estate Wines.
His name is Lawrence Buhler and his experience, passion and skill can be tasted in the new Girls’ Night Out 2011 Riesling and Chardonnay, and 2010 Merlot and Cabernet/Shiraz, which have recently reached stores in Canada.
“The vineyards here on Lake Erie’s north shore are in ideal, warmer conditions which allow us to keep acidity levels well balanced so the quality of these new wines far exceed their price. They are exceptional value,” says Buhler a graduate of the CCOVI program at Brock University. He has spent the past eight years at Peller Estate Winery where he was instrumental in producing high quality wines across the company’s portfolio.
He has worked in British Columbia, Chile, Argentina, and Australia, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication.
