On Friday, April 29, 2011, Foia Restaurant will be hosting another of their popular Chef’s Tasting Dinners.
The cost is $40 per person and there is also an option wine pairing. If you’re interested in attending I highly recommend booking a reservation as quickly as possible (mentioning WindsorEats of course) as their last Chef’s Tasting was sold out.
Here is a sneak peak at the menu:
Spring soup with potatoes, swiss chard and tomatoes
Shaved fennel, cucumbers, radishes, navel oranges and mixed greens in a chili lime vinaigrette
Orecchiette with prosciutto and spring vegetables in a light cream sauce
Veal osso bucco towers with manchego risotto
Mascarpone semifreddo with red wine cherries
