It’s Tourism Week in Canada from June 7 to June 13th!
Head over to one of the Ontario Tourism locations in Windsor (located on Huron Church Rd and on Goyeau/Park). These are great places for information about all the great things that exist in Ontario. This week they are even giving you a chance to put your name in a draw for an Ontario getaway.
Tourism keeps 1.75 million Canadians working, which supports economic and communitydevelopment, and generates $19.7 billion in tax revenues. It also provides Canadians with excellent opportunities to discover and enjoy their country, and to gain a better appreciation for its natural beauty and rich cultural history.
We live in an awesome part of Canada and there are lots of ways you can celebrate Tourism Week! Visit one of our local art galleries, attend one of our many wonderful festivals or events, take a walk through this city’s awesome parks, or head out to the county and visit a farm or one of award winning wineries.
