WindsorEats has been on a roll the last week and a half.
Black Bear Farms & Estate Winery have now joined WindsorEats. Black Bear creates excellent wines from fruit like blackberries, raspberries, etc. Most of you are probably thinking it will be like a sweet dessert wine, but, you might be proven wrong. While maintaining some sweetness, it drinks similar to a traditional wine and the bottle of Papa’s Special Reserve we brought home went very well with the steak I had for dinner!
