This weekend will be a sad moment in Windsor’s culinary scene as Bamboo Catering Co. will close its doors for the last time.
Respected chef Anthony Dalupan and Kathleen Hart invite everyone out on Saturday, May 9, 2009 between 3:00pm and 11:00pm as Bamboo will host an open house to thank all their customers, vendors, friends and family who supported them through the years. Complimentary hors d’ouvres will be served.
To Anthony and Kathleen, best of luck in all your future endeavours. We also hope to see Anthony back in a kitchen in the Windsor area soon as his culinary skills will be deeply missed!
