Aleksander Estate Winery and La Guardia are teaming together to host an Italian Cuisine Dinner. This 6 course dinner includes 6 perfectly paired wines. The cost is $65 per person and includes dinner and the wines.
This event is taking place on Thursday, April 30, 2009. Doors open at 6:00pm for cocktails with dinner beginning at 7:00pm.

Broiled beef tenderloin skewers glazed in a garlic and orange sauce served with AEW Merlot

Stuffed manicotti with ricotta, roasted garlic and wild mushrooms served with AEW Shiraz
Soup
Cream of asparagus with potato served with AEW Chardonnay
Salad
Spring mix tossed with dried berries in a sweet vinaigrette served with AEW Late Autumn Riesling

Course Herb crusted spring rack of lamb with broiled jumbo shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh string beans served with AEW Baco Noir

Angel food cake with strawberry coulis and topped with Mascarpone ice cream served with Vidal Icewine
