It’s finally out and it’s bigger and better than expected.

Three…A Tasting Bar released their menu for their Tour of Italy special dinner taking place on Monday, March 2, 2009. The best part it, instead of it being the previously mentioned 5 course dinner, it has now been expanded to 7 courses! This is a definite must for any Italian food lover. Colossal green olives pitted and stuffed with sautéed chicken, veal and pork, all in a parmesan breading served with an anisette aioli

Seared Scallop
Palm sugar dusted, pan seared in avocado oil served over a mussel coconut puree with saffron and truffle

Tuna Carpaccio
Ahi tuna fillet oven roasted peppercorn encrusted with Balinese sea salt garnished with a micro green haircut and 50 year old balsamic

Duck Ravioli
Quebec raised duck cooked in its own fat then pureed with boursin cheese stuffed in a fresh egg noodle with fava bean

Risotto Porcini Con Abbacchio
Carnaroli Arborio rice slow simmered in duck broth with fresh Porcini mushrooms and aged Parmeggiano Reggiano served with Frenched loin of lamb

Crema Cotta Di Vanighlia
Tahitian vanilla flavoured creme brule served with roasted panettone

Ovetti Di Cioccolata E Espresso
Egg shells filled with a reduction of pure coco and espresso coffee
