
On Friday, February 27, 2009, Foia Restaurant is hosting their February Tasting Dinner.
Doors will open at 6:00pm and dinner begins at 7:30pm. The menu is as follows:
Soup
Spicy shrimp with coconut and basil
Salad
Watercress with apple and roasted vidalia onions in a hard cider vinaigrette
Pasta
Orzo rockefeller prepared with orzo, pancetta, spinach and black trumpet mushrooms with a crotonese cheese sauce
Entree
Roasted chestnut stuffed veal tenderloin with a red wine cranberry reduction and sweet potato puree
Dessert
Warm calibeault chocolate cake with a molten centre served with a raspberry coulis
