This weekend, the Essex County wineries are a must visit with the SWOVA Open House from 11:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30, 2008.
Mastronardi Estate Winery will be offering their famous wine seminar free of charge as their gift to their customers. Two courses will be offered each day at 12:00pm and 3:00pm. There is a maximum of 20 people per course. Reservations are required. Tasty hors d’oeuvres will be ready for munching as well.
A meet and greet with the Wine Maker is in the cards at the Aleksander Estate Winery open house. There will be savoury treats and tastings available and the friendly staff at AEW will also help with holiday menu wine pairing. Also, to make things a little more exciting, doors prizes will be given away too!
Hors D’oeuvres and tastings are also being offered at Pelee Island Winery. Enjoy your treats while browsing their boutique for some holiday wines and gifts.
