Ottawa Street is brimming with the excitement of 2 great summer events. The entire street comes alive with the great sights, sounds and tastes of its Summer Spectacular Sidewalk Sale that runs from June 26-28 and its 1st Annual Great Tastes of Ottawa Street Food and Music Festival in Lanspeary Park on June 27-28.

In one spot, you can shop till you drop with the biggest bargains of the year and then come and enjoy the great food of 9 Ottawa Street restaurants, a licensed beer and wine garden and live entertainment with 14 musical performances offering a variety of Rock, Pop, Jazz, Folk and Blues music.

Enjoy the great sounds of local musicians Mr. Chill, Greg Cox, Dave Fox, David Whitaker, David and Sharon Light and Clinton Hammond with featured performances by the bands The Reason, Time, MicLordz & Sauce Funky, Sarah McLachlan’s guitarist Sean Ashby, Firelife, Stereo Goes Stellar and The Tree Streets. Included are the All Star Children’s Performers of the Canadian Conservatory of Music directed by Pete Palazzolo.

Festival admission is free. Parking on Ottawa Street and in all off street municipal lots is also free.

The events are brought to you by the Ottawa Street BIA with the proceeds from the Festival going to the Windsor Downtown Lion’s Club to help fund Lanspeary Park’s arena which is used by the community for skating and sports events.
