In keeping with Windsor’s image of being a very giving city, Plunkett’s Bistro is doing something spectacular. They have created a special menu where a sizable portion of the price is donated to Transition 2 Betterness.
Plunkett’s is offering a 3 course menu for $26 with $5 going to support the local charity.
