Marathon Ethiopian Restaurant is a combination of subtle taste. Each dish has its own distinctive flavour and aroma, thanks to the fresh spices that are prepared everyday for each individual dish.
I’ll be giving this a try for sure!
love this place! such intense flavours.
this have been my favorite restaurant for over 10 years! I tried to google Ethiopian recipes and to copy those flavors but it’s impossible. My fav dish: marathon lamb tips- you always have to wait for this one about 30 min, but it’s absolutely worth it! as every other thing on the menu.
Love the place and the food is delightful!
Been going there for a long time now. Quite good quality and spicy food, love it. One of my favorites.
This restaurant is one of my faves, can’t go wrong with delicious healthy food at the right price. I always order the same thing-vegetarian platter and spice tea, it’s finger lickin’ good!
Excellent shiro wat!
This restaurant is the best! I have been going for about 12 years. The atmosphere is laid back and a little exotic. The owner is very nice and the servers (family I think) are nice but not too friendly. I highly recommend the coffee ceremony and the tomato fit fit (sp?). If you haven’t been, go, go now.
Went to an Ethiopian restaurant in TO and it was awesome food. My neighbor in Windsor is Ethiopian and will make us some dishes when they get home. Marc was even eating with his hands which is highly foreign to him. They have this spongy bread that you scoop the food up with. Will have to try the one in Windsor when we get home.
See you soon
