Signature dishes include Maqlouba, made in the authentic Palestinian way with lamb, fried eggplant, chickpeas and rice, cooked in a pot and then flipped “upside down” when served. Can also be made with assorted fried veggies or chicken and fried cauliflower. Served with Arabic salad, yogurt and pickles.
