Head Brewer Michael Beaudoin is a Certified Cicerone and accomplished brewer who has perfected the traditional styles of beer patrons have come to expect, mixed with a creative side he’s looking forward to exploring deeper in our brew house.
Tom, Terry and Chris have created a fun, welcoming environment in the Chapter Two TapRoom that is both a nod to the building’s long history as well as a platform for a creative cultural future. Exposed brick and English pub-style millwork offers an opportunity to meet with friends or find a quiet corner for deeper conversations. The warm weather is sure to tempt you out the garage door to our Beer Garden patio, which is a rarity at a local brewery. You will see the work of local artists on the walls and the sounds of local musicians releasing their latest works. Chapter Two will most certainly become a mainstay in the city’s cultural circles.
