First, due to the limited nature of the tickets, we recommend getting yours ASAP in our online shop. Session One tickets are $47 and Session Two tickets are $50. Each ticket includes 16 samples (5oz. each). That’s 80oz of beer for an event themed after an 80’s cartoon. It just seems appropriate to also be cranking the best hits from the 80’s throughout the event.

Here’s a look at the list of beers each brewery will be hoping gets them named the Master of the Brewniverse!

The Beerded Dog (Harrow, ON)

SIR BARKS-A-LOT BIG MANGO MILKSHAKE IPA – 5.5% – IBU 34

I like big mangos I can not lie! For those who like it triple thick, big and juicy! Introducing Sir Barks-a-Lot! Expect lots of fruity mango aromas and a flavour to match with a hint of sass and attitude. With a thick, creamy mouthfeel, you’ll be shaking what yo momma gave ya, because this baby’s got back!

SOUR SLUSH PUPPY FRUITED SOUR – 6.2% – IBU 7

Who knew beer could be this nostalgic? Sparking memories of everyone’s favourite treat from the convenience store, Sour Slush Puppy is exactly what you think it is. Sweet and VERY raspberry with just enough tartness to remind you of all those neon blue raspberry goodies of the 90’s!

Chapter Two Brewing Co. (Windsor, ON)

MASQUERADE

Old Fashion as New Fashion. Is it a cocktail disguised as a beer, or a beer disguised as a cocktail??

HOW RUDE IPA

A classic twist on the modern IPA. No Lactose?! No fruit?! No vanilla?! Crazy, right?! If you can’t handle your IPA’s without those things, well, your disappointment adds to the bitterness of this beer and you should probably just move on.

How Rude!!

IPA’s are all about hops. The choice blend of hops creates a flavour reminiscent of…well, whatever YOU perceive it to be. We’re not here to tell you what YOU taste. Drink up and let the liquid speak for itself.

Cured Craft Brewing (Leamington, ON)

French Biere de Garde

A French speciality style of beer brewed in the northeast region of France along the border to Belgium. A strong, malt-accentuated, lagered artisanal beer. A malt forward beer with toasty-rich, biscuity, and toffee-like complex malt character. Notes of spicy or herbal hop aroma and slight hop bitterness. ABV: 7.5% IBU: 25 SRM:16

Frank Brewing (Tecumseh, ON)

PCP

Frank Brewing took their IIPA and decided to really accentuate the hop description. The two hops used are citra and Vic Secret. Description of Citra is Peach so they added Peach puree. Description of Vic Secret is Pineapple. So they added pineapple. They also added a touch of coconut cream to tame the acidity from the fruit purees.

GL Heritage Brewing Co. (Amherstburg, ON)

LEMONGRASS PALE ALE

A clean, refreshing pale ale with a hint of lemongrass with fruit undertones.

Grain & Grit (Hamilton, ON)

GOOD AS GOLD IPA – 6% ABV

In this new version of their Good as Gold IPA, Grain & Grit are using a brand-new hop called Nectaron from New Zealand! The aroma is dank, resinous, and grassy, with juicy pineapple and papaya. On the sip, you’ll pick up flavours of pear, lemon thyme, grapefruit, pithy citrus and pomelo.

FRESH FACED SOUR – 4.2% ABV

Brewed with a boatload of pineapple and a touch of lemon, this tart and bright beer reminds us of a pineapple mimosa! On top of the big, ripe pineapple flavour and aroma, you’ll also get notes of mango, banana, lemonade curd, coconut water and Frangipani flower, with a medium-light body and dry finish.

TOTAL CONCENTRATION

This is a Grain & Grit Collab with Chronicle Brewing Co. This lagered IPA was brewed with a large amount of kettle and dry hops utilizing Riwaka, Mosaic and Waiti hops. The results are a dank, juicy yet clean and crisp beer with lots of tropical and citrus notes.
