Bright Lights Windsor, the colourful display of lights within Jackson Park in Windsor, Ontario, starts tomorrow!

The colourful spectacles and displays aren’t going to be the only draw for the 2021 Bright Lights Windsor. The Makers Market and food vendors will also be on site for the weekend starting Thursday, December 2, 2021.

How can you resist gourmet waffles on a stick? The answer: you can’t. WindsorEats will be cookin’ up four different waffle flavours for the opening weekend of Bright Lights Windsor. The flavours will include S’mores, the kids favourite Unicorn, Cookies & Cream, and our brand new Birthday Cake!

What’s Poppin’

 

Everyone loves kettle corn! What’s Poppin’ will be serving up a variety of flavours, including their brand new Bright Lights popcorn mix!

Smashed Apple

 

If you’re looking for something a little more hearty, Chef Bill at Smashed Apple is putting together some of their delicious pulled pork nachos to enjoy at Bright Lights.

Pretzels! Get your warm soft pretzels right here! The Heimat Windsor will be serving up this delicious treat along with some Bavarian specialty desserts.
