Rico Taco Mexican Street Eats is back at the Outdoor Food Hall and will be serving up some tasty authentic Mexican food.

The Outdoor Food Hall turns Lanspeary Park’s outdoor rink into the city’s largest patio. It features multiple restaurants and chefs all on a single menu and it’s licensed to serve alcoholic, too! Since the rink has a massive canopy overtop, it also protects guests from the summer sun and any rain, offering an all-weather patio.

If you were wondering whether or not they’d be serving their Birria Tacos, you’ll be mighty pleased. While the Outdoor Food Hall will be operating all weekend, from Friday, August 13, to Sunday, August 15, 2021, Here are 3 items the popular Mexican restaurant will be dishing out when they’re on site for the Saturday and Sunday.

What are Birria Tacos, you ask? It’s a traditionally sweet, sour and a pinch spicy Mexican beef stew that’s slow cooked until the beef is tender and placed inside a corn tortilla. It’s oh-so juicy and delicious. You then dip the tacos in the broth of the stew and watch yourself become addicted to the flavours.

MEXICAN ELOTES

Traditional Mexican street corn served up with all the fixin’s, elotes are always a wise choice to add onto any meal.
