Road Chef is busting out an all new menu for the Outdoor Food Hall this weekend at Lanspeary Park in Windsor, Ontario.
The new menu offering will see 7 menu items being served up by Road Chef, including a return of a couple of their well known classics. Here’s a look at what will be served up.

CAULI CRUNCH & BUFFALO CRUNCH
These vegan and gluten friendly items are staying on the menu for this weekend. They’re fresh cauliflower florets lightly deep fried in a gluten-free chickpea coating and finished with a side of garlic mayo. The Buffalo Crunch adds some heat, being tossed in Frank’s Red Hot.
GREAT CANADIAN POUTINE
Who doesn’t love poutine? Whoever they are, they aren’t the type of people I want to hang with. Road Chef’s Great Canadian Poutine is packed with St. Alberts cheese curd over fresh cut fries smothered in house gravy.
The signature item that many people know Road Chef for. These aren’t your regular cheese sticks. They’re jumbo hand-made mozza sticks using local Galati cheese served with a side of tomato basil sauce. We were once able to break a Mozza Bomb in half and stretch out the cheese about 20ft.
BEYOND KOREAN VEGAN SATAYS
A dish so new that we don’t even have photos of it yet. These Korean style “Beyond Beef” satays come with a side of Asian slaw and fresh cut fries.
BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS
Another new dish from Road Chef. It’s a panko fried chicken breast tossed in Franks Hot Sauce, topped with slaw on a slider bun with fresh cut fries.
