Motor Burger has launched a new “burger” that will make cheese lovers blush.

Inspired by Italian simplicity, the Burrata Burger is exactly what it’s name suggests. The restaurant places an entire ball of burrata cheese, imported directly from Italy, on a bun that includes Calabrian chilies, Italian extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.

Seriously. It’s cheese. On a bun. And it’s glorious.

If you’ve never had burrata before, you’re leading a sad existence. Once it hits your lips it’s like angels with trumpets and puppies and rainbows and butterflies come shooting out of your tastebuds.

Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside is stuffed with stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft, creamy texture.

The new offering is now available but only for those dining at the restaurant.
