If you’re heading out to Thyme Kitchen for their 2018 Winter Bites Restaurant Week menu, you’re definitely going to need to try these 3 dishes.
The restaurant, located steps from the waterfront in downtown Windsor, is offering up a smorgasbord of shareable plates as part of their restaurant week offerings. Only trouble is, they’re so good you won’t want to share.
Here are 3 that we recommend you try:
This salad has a rightful place on this list. With acorn squash, kale, pumpkin seeds, cranberry, goat cheese, toasted pecans and a spiced maple vinaigrette, it’s filling and mighty tasty.
Any time food comes on a stick is always a good time. A crispy tandoori chicken on a stick comes drizzled in a spiced maple syrup and sprinkled in fried lentils with a bowl of cucumber yogourt and pickled
cucumbers on the side.
If you know someone who’s struggling to eat their veggies, introduce them to this dish and watch them lick the plate clean. Tempura battered cauliflower that are marinated in a brown butter buffalo sauce will do that to people.
