
Snackbar-B-Q is obscene.
I say this because after sampling some of their menu items last night I may have shouted a few expletives at chef Jim Renaud. I’m not proud of it but my taste buds were happy and I couldn’t control my emotions.

WindsorEats was fortunate enough to be in the kitchen as Mark Boscariol and Jim hosted friends for a test run of the menu. The new barbeque spot is ready to open their doors to the public Saturday night.

Two of our favourites that we tried last night (aside from the ribs and smoked chicken drumsticks) were the fried green tomatoes and pulled pork donuts.
Yes. I said pulled pork donuts.
