Oh boy does time ever fly when you’re having fun.
We’ve been so busy over the last week showcasing our region to visitors, we didn’t even get a chance to show you all the fun we had at Williams Food Equipment last Friday when they brought in celebrity chef Bob Blumer to cook for an intimate group of guests.
Guests were treated to one of Bob’s signature dishes, Shrimp on the Barbie, as well as Tuna Tartar Sno-Cones and Chicken Lollypops during cocktail hour.
The multi-course meal consisted of a Purple Potato Vichyssoise soup, a colourful Flowerpot Salad complete with edible flowers, a choice of a Savoury Lamb Cupcake or a Savoury Salmon Cupcake as well as Candied Walnut & Stilton Nutcases.
Guests were then treated to Chocolate Caramel Wantons and Biscotti Fries With Raspberry Ketchup for dessert.
